Tours are offered via our à la carte purchase prices. Conference gifts are not included in this registration fee.
Candidate and Student Discounted Registration
For a two year trial period AIC is offering a fee category for Candidates and Students in order to increase the participation of these two member groups. The discounted registration fee is $400.00 [excluding taxes]. For each conference this registration fee will be available to a maximum of 100 Candidates and Students on a first come and first served basis.
This program includes:

- Networking Evening [including dinner and entertainment]

Cancellation Policy
If you have registered and are no longer able to attend, we encourage you to find an AIC member to assign your registration. If you are not successful in doing so, the administration fee for canceling is as follows:
- Full Conference - $125.00
- Candidate/Student - $75.00
- Full Companion/Retiree - $50.00
- Daily Registrant - $50.00
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference. *All cancellation notifications must be received in writing to the AIC Office. Attention: Marie-Louise Doyle at maried@aicanada.ca.

The early bird registration deadline is Monday, May 3rd. Register early and take advantage of the savings!
