Online registration for the 2012 AIC Annual Conference in Ottawa, Ontario is now open. Online registration will close on May 28th.

Full Delegate Registration Includes:

• Admission to conference concurrent sessions and plenary sessions
• Admission to the Annual General Meeting
• Welcome Reception [dinner not provided/canapés provided]
• 3 Breakfasts
• 3 Lunches
• Networking Evening [including dinner and entertainment]
• President’s Reception and Banquet

Full Companion/Retiree Program Includes:

• Welcome Reception
• 3 Breakfasts
• 2 Lunches [the member dialogue luncheon is open to members only]
• Networking Evening
• President’s Reception and Banquet

Daily Registration Includes:

• Breakfast on the day in attendance
• Lunch on the day in attendance
• AM and PM breaks on the day in attendance
• Access to concurrent sessions
• Evening event tickets can be purchased separately when registering online.

Cancellation Policy
If you have registered and are no longer able to attend, we encourage you to find an AIC member to assign your registration. If you are not successful in doing so, the administration fee for cancelling is as follows:

• Full Conference - $125.00
• Full Companion/Retiree - $50.00
• Daily Registrant - $50.00

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference. *All cancellation notifications must be received in writing to the AIC Office. Attention: kevinc@aicanada.ca.

Please Note:

Photographs and videos taken at the AIC Conference will be utilized in AIC promotional material, i.e. print, electronic, or other media, including the AIC web site. Registering for the conference means you give this acknowledgment freely and knowingly. Participants also hereby assume full responsibility for their own well-being.
