The Appraisal Institute of Canada – British Columbia (AIC – BC) is pleased to offer individuals an opportunity to receive funds towards their educational pursuits. They offer a number of financial awards to British Columbia members pursuing specific courses towards the educational requirement for earning their designation.

AWARDS
The Appraisal Institute of Canada – British Columbia is pleased to announce the creation of the following awards. These awards are presented annually to a British Columbia member for the following programs or courses...

• PGCV 1st PLACE - BCAAIC AWARD ~ $1,500.00
  Awarded to a BCAAIC member (must be a member at graduation) who achieves the highest average percentage grade in the PGCV Program.
   
• PGCV 2nd PLACE - BCAAIC AWARD ~ $1,000.00
  Awarded to a BCAAIC member (must be a member at graduation) who achieves the second highest average percentage grade in the PGCV Program.
   
• BUSI 400 - RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY ANALYSIS ~ $750.00
  Awarded to a BCAAIC member who achieves the highest grade in BUSI 400.
   
• BUSI 460 - CRITICAL ANALYSIS AND FORECASTING IN REAL ESTATE ~ $750.00
  Awarded to a BCAAIC member who achieves the highest grade in BUSI 460.

JACK MALCOM WARREN EDUCATIONAL TRUST
