The English version of the 2024-2025 Professional Practice Seminar (2024 PPS) launched on Thursday, February 01, 2024 on the University of British Columbia (UBC) learning platform.
The 2024-2025 PPS consists of 4 Video-recorded interactive Modules: Changes to CUSPAP, Insurance, Complaint Resolution and AIC Regulations. At the end of each module, the participant will complete a 10 multiple choice question quiz.
The registration fee is $345 plus tax.

The Appraisal Institute of Canada (IAIC), the Faculty of Administrative Sciences at Université Laval (FSA ULaval) and the Carré des affaires FSA ULaval-Banque Nationale are pleased to announce that the Professional Practice Seminar (PPS) 2024-2025, available in French, will be offered as of February 01, 2024 on the Université Laval web platform.

The PPS is mandatory for all AIC members, within each of the two-year continuing professional development (CPD) cycles. The seminar includes four interactive video-recorded modules on the following topics: CUSPAP standard changes in 2024, Insurance, Complaint Resolution and AIC Policies and Regulations. Each module is assessed with a 10 multiple choice question quiz. To receive CPD credits, a participant must achieve a minimum of 60% on each quiz. 

The registration fee is $345 plus tax.

The Appraisal Institute of Canada’s (AIC) Introduction to Professional Practice (ITPP) course is a requirement for those individuals interested in becoming a Candidate Member of Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC). The course is a requirement for both the CRA and AACI designations.

The course is designed and presented by designated AIC members and is delivered through UBC’s distance learning platform. Students may begin the course at any time and proceed at their own pace, providing they complete the course within one year of registration.

The registration fee is $345 plus tax.
