I am an internationally qualified appraiser with 25 years experience. I am a Registered Public Valuer in New Zealand and MRICS Chartered Valuation Surveyor in the United Kingdom. In my travels I met a lovely Canadian girl who brought me to her home country. I became a member of the AIC in 2018 and commenced study as a Candidate Member, working in Vancouver, BC until mid-2021. I appraised a wide variety of commercial property, across the Lower Mainland. I am currently back in New Zealand helping with the family appraisal business.
