QUALIFICATIONS FOR ADMISSION TO CANDIDATE MEMBERSHIP
Candidate membership is open only to those individuals who have completed
- two (2) years of accredited post-secondary education (college, CÉGEP, or university)
- OR a university degree.
In addition, individuals must complete the following education requirements before submitting their Application for Candidate Membership:
- BUSI 330 at UBC or
- GUI 3102 at FSA ULaval; and
- AIC 101 – Introduction to the Appraisal Profession
Upon admission to the Institute, Candidates must complete the AIC’s mandatory
New Candidate Professional Practice Seminar (with exam) within 12 months of their admission date, and once every 2 years after completion of the first seminar.
