Job Description:

Coverage Area – Vancouver Island including West Coast and Gulf Islands for market appraisals. All of British Columbia for Insurance Appraisals and Depreciation Reports.

Residential and Commercial appraisal firm seeking candidates with industry experience actively pursuing their CRA designation, or already a designated member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada – CRA, AACI or CRP (Certified Reserve Planner). 

Commission based salary, with competitive splits (negotiable depending on experience).  Send resume, looking for someone to start as soon as possible.  Company offering signing bonus and temporary accommodation for suitable candidate.

Applicant requirements:

·        Good Communication Skills and previously Appraisal Experience a plus.

·        Good Computer Skills and familiar with MSWord, Excel and bonus if possess appraisal software experience

·        Knowledge of MLS and Appraisal Management Company portals.

·        High Energy and willingness to learn new task and areas.

·        Punctual and able to meet deadlines

·        Valid AIC E & O insurance;

·        CPIC Check;

·        A valid driver’s licence;

·        A reliable vehicle and good insurance coverage

·        Up to date AIC credits and courses i.e. List of courses completed for their designation

·        Must be willing to travel for assignments in and around the areas on Vancouver Island
