Ecom Appraisals works with mortgage brokers, lawyers, accountants, charted banks and property owners to provide property valuations for mortgage funding and refinancing, cases that involve arbitration, mediation, and litigation, reporting capital gains, market rent analysis and matrimonial purposes.
We provide fast and accurate residential real estate appraisals.
We’re looking for a Candidate Appraiser that will assist with the administration/daily operation of the company part time while being mentored as an appraiser-in-training. Your responsibilities would be as follows:
- Shadow the mentor on inspections
- Input data Appraisal reports
- Shadow administrator
Requirements include:
- Completing AIC Steps 1-3 to become a candidate member
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
