Looking for Real Estate Appraisal Advisors in Saskatchewan, Winnipeg and Calgary at the Canada Revenue Agency!

We are looking for AACI-designated real estate appraisers to join the Real Estate Appraisal Program of the CRA in Saskatchewan, Winnipeg and Calgary. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing appraisal reports, advice and expert opinion concerning tangible property including the most complex real estate.
  • Participating in preparing and evaluating completed appraisals in order to maintain the required work standards and to ensure that professional appraisal principles, techniques and approaches are applied.
  • Providing service through promoting effective communication internally with staff and management and externally with taxpayers and/or representatives.
  • Act as an expert witness in Court and provide consultative services to the Tax Services Offices.

Salary Range: $100, 000+
