Do you own an appraisal firm and are you considering retirement? Do you have a succession plan or exit strategy? We are looking to purchase well-established residential and commercial appraisal firms with minimum annual gross revenues of $500,000. We are a partnership of current and former appraisal firm owners that have extensive experience in the purchase and sale of Canadian appraisal firms. We have a proven buy-out model that would allow for existing owners to phase out over time while offering flexibility for those owners who wish to continue to appraise but step away from the day-to-day running of the firm. Key, strategic partnerships would also be considered in some markets.
