Job Description:

Looking for Candidate Members in area of Toronto/Durham.

Ø  Applicant must be a member of the AIC in good standing.

Ø  Have an access of TREB.

Ø  Minimum 1-2 years of experience in residential valuation, but willing to train.

Ø  Valid E&O Insurance.

Ø  Ability to prioritize workload and handle a fast-paced environment.

Ø  Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ø  Valid Driver’s License.

Ø  Clean Criminal Record check.
