JUNIOR APPRAISER – FULL TIME PERMANENT

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA

We are currently recruiting for a high-performing Junior Appraiser in Vancouver, British Columbia. You will report to the Managing Director, Real Property.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Through site inspections, research, expert analysis and collaboration, you will collect data to assist in the development of a solid and defensible rationale for the final value assigned to a property. This information is presented to clients in a Depreciation Reports and Real Property Appraisal Reports in the British Columbia region. A large percentage of the work involves collecting on-site data, data entry and local cost data research.

The position is based in the Vancouver area and requires local and regional travel.

You have the following credentials:

-       AIC Student or AIC Candidate Member willing to obtain an AACI designation;

-       Experience with appraisal report writing, depreciation report writing, property inspections, and/or onsite data collection are considered assets.
