Seeking for an experienced AIC candidate or CRA for Kingston & Surrounding Areas.

The right candidate will be paid on a fee split/commission basis. 

 Job Qualifications Required

·         Member of the AIC in good standing

·         Access to TREB and/or the Kingston and Area Real Estate Association.

·         Minimum 2-3 years of experience in residential valuation

·         Valid E&O Insurance

·         Ability to prioritize workload and handle a fast pace environment

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Ability to travel
