He is a serial entrepreneur who has built companies valued in the hundreds of millions. Michael is a mentor and investor in many start-ups, including the Rotman’s School of Business Creative Destruction Lab, The Founders Institute and sits on Georgian Partners’ CEO Board of Advisors. Michael has also co-hosted and appeared on CBC’s Lang & O’Leary, Fortune Hunters and appeared on the cover of Canadian Business Magazine.

SPEAKER:  Marc Bovet,  Founder and CEO – BONE Structure

In 2005, BONE Structure founder and president Marc A. Bovet became aware of the shortcomings of conventional building techniques. Using the experience he had acquired in upper management at world-leading aerospace and transportation manufacturer Bombardier, he set about assembling a team of more than sixty engineers, architects, industrial designers, and interior designers to develop the steel construction system behind BONE Structure homes.

This Workshop will be geared towards making you more efficient. A panel will give you pointers on the new CUSPAP form, the programs that exist to make report writing easier and tips on how completing site inspections using the latest technology can change how you do business.

A review of environmental reports for due diligence and development purposes including Environmental Site Assessments, Risk Assessments, Record of Site Conditions, Building Condition Assessments and Designated Substance Surveys.

Take some time to step away and enjoy the tranquil surroundings of Toronto’s Harbourfront.

(This is not a guided tour but we encourage you to take in the sights around the hotel)  

Whether you choose to take a walk and enjoy the sites of the nearby harbour area or

walk up to the Steam Whistle Brewery for a tour with some colleagues – it will be time well spent!
