Topic: Mark will speak to us about a new designation that opens another avenue for appraisers to grow their business. At the Annual Conference, his presentation was entitled “The day the world changed for appraisers”. Many delegates did not attend as they thought it was about management companies because the seminar was sponsored by a management company. Find out what Mark’s presentation is really about!

2:45 to 3:30: CHRIS MEECHAM: Manager of Business Development and Sales, Quadra Power Inc.
Topic: Commercial and Residential Solar Installation. Chris will help define what the worth is of such systems, including the depreciation of panels, their life cycle, their cost and benefits. He will discuss the commercial installations that are “cropping up” in fields as well as residential considerations for both owners and purchasers.

Topic: Andre will bring us up to date on issues his is advocating for on our behalf. His primary role is to advocate and promote AIC-designated appraisers as the professionals of choice among government, industry and the public.
PLEASE NOTE: At the time of putting this program together, the new Director of Professional Practice has not been announced, but we are hoping to have a “meet and greet” via Skype which will be scheduled near the end of the day likely during Andre’s presentation.
