I am currently pursuing my AACI designation which has provided me with the skills to learn the basic & important elements of an appraisal report as well as gain experience completing appraisal reports using and completing market & neighborhood analysis, highest & best use, approaches to value reconciliation & final value.

As stated in my resume, my previous professional role as a Real Estate Investment Analyst within a commercial real estate investment firm has provided me with a result-oriented skill set along with offering critical thinking skills with regards to (but not limited to) financial & data analysis, maintain financial models, lease acquisitions, renewals, subdivisions & performing due diligence (reviewing & understanding real estate documents). I was also given the responsibility to partner closely with my colleagues towards developing solutions on raising capital and managing risk. To add to that, I am also equipped with the adaptability needed to work in a fast-paced environment whilst being a performance-driven individual possessing a strong determination to meet as well as exceed all assigned goals and objectives.

My multifaceted work-experience has provided me with strong problem-solving skills and having been surrounded by industry veterans has also provided me with great attention to detail necessary to be able to execute my role. My preceding work experiences have also provided me with a solid foundation in financial analysis and have also made me a recognized expert in proactive communication, enabling me to become a communicative collaborator. I am also experienced with multiple important industry software programs, for instance, Argus Enterprise, Bloomberg and Reuters Eikon.
