Job Description:

A&C Appraisals and Consulting is a fast growing residential appraisal firm. We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced CRA, P.App to support our operations in Toronto/GTA.

This is a fully remote position and a great opportunity to grow your career.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Must hold a CRA, P.App designation in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, with valid E&O Insurance.
  • Experience working with Appraisal Management Companies (AMCs).
  • Experience using CRAL forms and writing reports in compliance with CUSPAP.
  • Must have access to their own TRREB & MLS systems.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle and mobile device.
  • Willingness to travel across various service areas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent research and quantitative skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and update work file.
