The Appraisal Institute of Canada – Quebec (AIC-QC) is a provincial association of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC). Established in 1995, AIC-QC represents over 200 members and delivers AIC’s member programs and services within the province.
AIC-QC’s objective is to serve and advance the profession and protect the public by implementing policies and programs.
AIC-QC 2021
You are currently in the 2020-2021 cycle which means that you must have completed your 24 CPD credits by December 31, 2021 which includes the PPS.
UPCOMING EVENTS – DATES TO REMEMBER
- The deadline for the English PPS is June 30, 2021 (UBC) and
- the French PPS, (because the launch happened on October 1, 2020) is due September 30 2021 (uLaval).
- The PPS is 7 credits.
The 2020 PPS consists of 4 Video-recorded interactive Modules: Changes to CUSPAP, Insurance, Complaint Resolution and AIC Regulations. At the end of each module, the participant will complete a 10 multiple choice question quiz.
The registration fee is $345 plus tax.
