Lawrenson Walker Appraisers is looking for an experienced Residential Real Estate Appraiser to join our growing team in the Okanagan, BC.

We are a well-established appraisal firm with a strong presence across Western Canada, known for delivering quality residential appraisals, exceptional client service, and reliable turnaround times.

We are looking for a motivated, experienced professional who knows the Okanagan real estate market and takes pride in producing accurate, well-supported valuations.

Qualifications

Experienced AIC Candidates or CRA designation

Previous residential appraisal experience in the Okanagan and surrounding areas.

Strong knowledge of the Okanagan residential real estate market.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
