Hi there

we are looking for a subcontracted Candidate appraiser to join our existing Nova Scotia team of 3 appraisers. The ideal candidate would be working closely with our Nova Scotia CRA and handling volume residential/agricultural assignments thru Residential AMC providers such as FNF Canada, RPS, Solidifi Canada and NAS/FCT.

While we prefer to find someone in either the Yarmouth or Antigonish area, we are open to interviewing any and all candidates across the province as we receive work in all territories. Our current candidates maintain an average monthly income of $10k+ per month after being appropriate trained for the probationary 3 month onboarding period.

This job requires significant travel at times, the ideal candidate will be willing to handle 4-5 assignments / inspections per day up to 4 days a week and manage timely turnaround on reports within 24-48 hours maximum
