Richard is a highly experienced senior strategic leader. He’s a certified Adult Education professional with deep and extensive background in business development, organizational development, professional development, curriculum design, and adult education.
Originally from Scotland, Richard is a former College Lecturer and holds a Master’s degree (M.Ed.) in Adult Education (Business and Management) along with a professional teaching diploma in Tertiary Education.
His most recent role involved overseeing and developing a comprehensive and industry-leading curriculum for Greater Vancouver REALTORS’® membership of around 15,000 Realtors. Richard holds both the RSG.D governance designation and the Canadian REALTOR® Association Executive (CREA) designation and has worked in the real estate industry since 2013.
In his spare time, he enjoys a wide range of outdoor adventure sports and also has a passion for motorcycling, books, music, travel, photography, cooking and squash.
