Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified full-time residential fee appraiser to join our team servicing the Greater Toronto Area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced appraiser looking for a steady volume of assignments with competitive compensation and/or motivated candidates working towards their designation.
About the Role
- Complete residential appraisal reports across the GTA including Toronto, York, Peel, Durham, and Halton Regions
- Prepare high‑quality, defensible appraisal reports aligned with AIC standards in a timely matter
- Maintain high professionality and integrity with clients and team members

Requirements
- Active AIC designation (candidates will also be considered)
- CUSPAP compliant reporting experience
- Familiarity with GTA residential market
- Proficiency with appraisal software (CRAL Report Pro or equivalent)
- Access to PropTX/MLS
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
