Job Description:
RDS Appraisal Group, since 2007 is a well established appraisal business since 2007. We do a wide range of appraisals including commercial, industrial, agricultural, rural properties and of course residential. I am looking for an AACI who also has co-signing privileges and is able to add my candidates on their co-sign list. We service most areas in southern Alberta and including Edmonton. We have well committed and dedicated clients including land developers, builders, AMCs, law firms, word of mouth and referrals, and from our web page. The ideal person will be placed in a position of trust, and will eventually take over my company when I retire sometime in the future, and become a business owner of RDS Appraisal Group.
