As one of the very few professionals in Canada designated as an Accredited Appraiser (AACI) & Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), I’m uniquely qualified to resolve complex valuation issues involving commercial real estate and privately-held business interests such as common shares, preferred shares, partnership units, etc. My experience in industry and consultancy over the past decade includes real estate development, private equity, and the provision of independent commercial real estate appraisals, business valuation reports and litigation support.
