I deliver independent, well-supported valuations and consulting services across a wide range of property types, with a strong focus on agriculture and agri-business, from family farms to complex, large-scale operations. My work also spans residential, industrial, commercial, and investment properties, providing clear, defensible opinions of value and evidence-based for lending, succession, litigation, and other decision-making needs. I have been accepted as an expert witness by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and have provided testimony defending my valuations. Outside of client work, I chair the Wellington County Chapter of the Canadian Association of Farm Advisors, mentor up-and-coming appraisers, and share knowledge through panels and guest speaking. I’m also proud to have served as the youngest-ever President of AIC–Ontario and to have been recognized nationally and locally for my contributions to the profession.
