Mallory Dawson joined the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2024 as a Candidate member, and is in the process of obtaining her full AACI credentials.
Previous to co-founding High Rock Appraisal Group Inc, Mallory earned her Masters’ Degree in Library and Information Studies in 2010 from the University of Toronto. She specialized in Community Engagement Librarianship in public libraries for twelve years, gaining considerable experience serving all members of the public. Mallory also took this opportunity to develop her research, communication, and report writing skills.
In 2019 while representing the Whitby Public Library, Mallory was presented with the Ontario Library Association’s Angus Mowat Award for her innovative partnership program with the Town of Whitby. This award is presented to creative library programs that demonstrate a commitment to excellence in the delivery of public library service.
Mallory brings her unique public service experience to High Rock Appraisal Group Inc., to provide our clients with the best possible customer service. Applying her advanced research, communication, and analytical skills, she enhances our market research, report writing, and data organization. Mallory is dedicated to lifelong learning and is currently working closely with Derek Williams, AACI P.App. as his apprentice.
