Job Description:
Looking for an AACI to assist us in our busy appraisal practice. We have all types of commercial available including agricultural. You will also oversee our candidate appraisers for residential assignments. We have a low turnover in appraisers and we have two that have been with us for over a decade. We also offer a higher than industry average fee-split. We all work from the convenience of our homes so there is no office to drive to. An AACI designation is a must. A CRA will also be considered who is close to accreditation. Our hiring criteria is based on merit, competency and the ability to improve our company\’s positive direction/productivity. .
