Linquist Appraisals is a long time, established Appraisal firm serving the Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas since 1986. We are seeking a Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) for the Vancouver and Surrounding areas.

This is a Contract / Independent position.

You’re the ideal candidate if you have the following qualifications and skills:

• Knowledge of NAS, Solidifi, FNF and RPS Forms and portals
• Must have their own CRAL/Report Pro Appraisal Software
• Intermediate skills in MS Office Applications
• Must be a good standing CRA member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English
• Excellent phone etiquette / telephone manners
• Ability to work remotely from home with own office set up / equipment
• Meet deadlines without compromising accuracy or quality of work
• Great time management and communication skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Must have a reliable vehicle, computer and cell phone
• Willingness to travel for assignments throughout Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley Regions with majority of orders noted in: Burnaby, New Westminster, Vancouver, North and West Vancouver, Richmond, Delta, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody and occasionally Chilliwack.

Competitive commission / fee split position. Fee split dependent on experience. Overflow work basis to start. Great opportunity for a CRA to add additional income per month. Office administration is included at no additional fees to the appraiser.
