Designated Appraiser (AIC) & Candidates

• Consistent, national and diverse client base (no feast-or-famine) 

• Spend your time on analysis, valuation, and professional judgment not chasing data or formatting reports 

• Option to specialize (inspection, valuation, review, mentorship) 

• Strong administrative, research, and senior appraisal methodology support behind you 

• Clear expectations, predictable workflow, and real collaboration
