The Opportunity

We are seeking an AACI-designated appraiser to join our team on a part-time basis. Whether you\’re a seasoned professional or a newly designated appraiser looking to build your commercial portfolio, we welcome your application. Comprehensive training and a professionally developed framework will be provided to set you up for success.

This role is ideal for appraisers looking to supplement their current income while maintaining their existing employment. The flexible, part-time nature of this position allows you to take on assignments that fit your schedule without disrupting your primary career commitments.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct commercial real estate appraisals, including office buildings, industrial properties, retail spaces, and multi-residential assets
  • Perform site inspections, market research, and data analysis
  • Prepare comprehensive narrative appraisal reports in compliance with CUSPAP standards
  • Collaborate with the team to meet client deadlines and quality expectations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions and trends across Ontario

Qualifications

  • AACI, P.App designation in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (Required)
  • Commercial appraisal experience is an asset, but newly designated appraisers are encouraged to apply
  • Strong knowledge of Ontario commercial real estate markets
  • Proficiency in appraisal software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
  • Valid driver\’s license and access to a vehicle for property inspections
