Job Type: Full-Time 

Designation Required: CRA or AACI (for designated roles); AIC Candidate Members welcome 

Compensation: Competitive fee splits or salary-based options with bonus

 Ideal Qualifications 

  • CRA or AACI designation in good standing or registered Candidate Member with AIC 
  • Strong communication and report writing skills 
  • Familiarity with Alberta real estate markets (or willingness to develop regional knowledge) 
  • High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and accountability
