Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual eager to launch a successful career in real estate appraisal? Our firm, a quality-focused and dynamic real estate appraisal company based in North York and serving the Greater Toronto Area, is actively seeking a motivated AIC Student Member to join our team immediately through our Student Member Training Program.

This comprehensive training program offers direct mentorship from designated appraisers, hands-on experience with real estate appraisal reports, and a path toward full certification within the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC). It is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and deeply committed to personal and professional growth.
Program Structure
– Year 1: Serve as a full-time Administrative Assistant (35 hours/week minimum), building foundational experience in administrative and appraisal-related functions.
– Year 2: Opportunity to advance to an Appraiser Candidate position while continuing administrative support duties under the supervision of a designated appraiser.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries professionally and provide appraisal quotes.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring timely follow-up and task tracking.
- Prepare invoices and manage client data in QuickBooks.
- Review and proofread appraisal reports prior to final delivery.
- Assist in document archiving, mail management, and general office operations.
- Create branded content for social media platforms.
- Ensure high standards of client service and maintain confidentiality at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- A current AIC Student Member committed to pursuing appraisal certification.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media tools.
- A strong client service orientation with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Punctuality, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn are a must.
- Previous administrative, customer or related real estate service experience is a strong asset.
Compensation & Commitment
Hours: Full-time, approximately 30–35 hours/week.
Pay: $17.20 to $20.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications).
