The AIC Member Services Centre is a centralized information service with the goal of enhancing the delivery of information to members by providing a single source for all inquiries concerning national programs and policies. 

Hours of Operation: 

  • Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST
  • Information Services are provided in English and French
  • In provinces with licensing requirements, related inquiries concerning licensing issues will be handled by the provincial affiliate responsible.
