Hi, I’m a newly registered Candidate Member with a sharp eye, strong drive, and real estate experience to back it.

I am a Candidate Member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, actively seeking a residential appraisal opportunity to fulfill my experience requirements under the CRA path. With over four years of experience in mortgage financing, client relationship management, and quality assurance, I bring a strong foundation in real estate principles, financial documentation, and regulatory compliance.

In my role as a Mortgage Agent, I’ve successfully managed over $10 million in loan volume, developed detailed client assessments, and ensured the accurate handling of sensitive documentation in line with FSRA guidelines. These responsibilities have sharpened my attention to detail, ability to interpret financial data, and communication skills with both clients and lenders which are all directly transferable to appraisal work.

I’m proficient in tools such as GeoWarehouse, MLS, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite have completed sample residential appraisal reports to gain familiarity with comparable analysis, field inspection data, and CUSPAP standards. I’m highly coachable, quick to pick up new systems, and fully committed to growing within this profession.
