Senior Real Estate Valuation and Transactions Analyst with 13+ years in appraisal, portfolio analytics, and underwriting. I build disciplined models and clear documentation: DCF, IRR, NPV, scenario and sensitivity analysis, waterfall modeling, development pro formas, residual land analysis, and portfolio roll-ups.
