• Value-driven, results-oriented appraiser whose skills are backed by solid industry experience in various areas of scope under municipal setting, financial institution, and independent consulting roles. Superior understanding of property valuations and Highest and Best Use analysis.
• Creative thinking skills, with the ability to devise innovative solutions to complex problems, and bring forward recommendations for win-win solutions. Demonstrated leadership ability to proactively provide guidance, direction and new ideas for conducting business and improving workflow.
• Working on AACI Designation- expected by Q3/Q4 2027
