A member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 1997, Mr. Shum has professional valuation experience in the areas of real estate, business, machinery and equipment, and processing plants in North America and internationally David’s volunteer experience with AIC includes work at both the local and provincial level and his recent term as President of the Appraisal Institute of Canada – Alberta.
