Why Should You Use a Real Value Expert?
Real estate is one of your most significant assets, and Appraisal Institute of Canada members can help you determine its true value and devise strategies to increase that value over time. Impartial and highly credible, our members can provide the most creative, insightful solutions to optimize property value — from suggesting targeted renovations to advising on the latest green-building trends. A wide variety of information resources are available to you in our Client Resource Centre.
AIC – NL members enjoy employment in private, corporate and government sectors. In addition to the role of an appraiser that most of the public know, which is valuation of a residence or other real estate for purchase, mortgage financing or taxation, our members have acquired the education and skills that enable them to provide professional value-added advice in a wide variety of matters relating to real property.
