Guidelines for Nominees to the AIC Board of Directors

AIC is responsible for ensuring the Institute is governed with excellence and vision.
The Board of Directors of any organization, whether for-profit or not-for-profit, is responsible for its succession planning. The key to succession planning is the Nominating Committee, which some organizations refer to as “leadership development committees.” In order to find the best candidates, the AIC Board established guidelines that will support the Nominating Committee in fulfilling its mandate.
