One of the mandatory requirements of designated members of the Institute is participation in our Continuing Professional Development program.  This program requires all designated members to complete a minimum of 6 continuing professional development credits each year and a total of 60 credits over the entire 5 year period of the CPD cycle.  1 credit is equal to 1 hour of formal learning in workshops, conferences, seminars as well as through a variety of other activities.  While candidates are not required to participate in the CPD program until they have earned their designation, we do encourage you to avail yourself of any CPD opportunities which help further your knowledge and skills in the area of real property.
