The Chapter Chair position is now available and a new Chair will be appointed at the meeting. Anyone interested is encouraged to put their name forward, or nominate someone for the position. If there is more than one interested party an election will be held after the guest speaker has finished his presentation.

 

Speaker: John Shevchuk, Barrister & Solicitor, C. Arb, RI, AACI (Hon) – Lex Pacifica Law Corporation

John holds an AACI (Hon) designation that recognizes his many years in the area of real property valuation disputes, assessment, expropriation and litigation. He is also a regular contributor to the Canadian Property Valuation magazine published by the Appraisal Institute of Canada. John will discuss special purpose and limited market properties and provide an overview of the recent Nav Canada decision.
