Real Estate Appraiser Job Opportunity in Victoria & Okanagan

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Appraiser to join our growing firm in the Victoria and Okanagan regions. If you have a passion for real estate, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering accurate property valuations, we want to hear from you
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid appraisal designation (e.g., CRA, AACI) or working toward certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate appraisal or related field (new graduates with strong training may be considered).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with local real estate markets in Victoria and/or Okanagan.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with appraisal software (e.g., ACI).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and report writing.
- Mobility: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Victoria and Okanagan regions.
