Commercial Appraiser / AACI Candidate (Mentored Growth Opportunity)
Victoria, BC
Westbridge Group is Western Canada’s leading valuation and advisory firm dedicated exclusively to service-enriched seniors housing and health care real estate.
We are looking to expand our team with a designated appraiser or AACI Candidate who will work in our Victoria office. We offer stimulating work, direct mentorship, a collaborative environment, and the opportunity to build expertise within a respected and highly specialized practice.
You will:
• Participate in appraisal and consulting assignments across Western Canada
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, and valuation modelling
• Help maintain and expand one of the industry’s strongest proprietary databases
• Develop specialized expertise in the seniors housing and health care sector
Location: Victoria, BC (in-office primarily)
Territory: Western Canada (if necessary)
Compensation: Fee split. Westbridge Group commands attractive professional fees, supporting strong performance-based earnings.
We are looking for:
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel and Word
- A commitment to quality, professionalism, and continuous learning
