Commercial Real Estate Appraiser
AACI Designation
Lethbridge, AB
Responsibilities:
•Conduct thorough and accurate Comprehensive and Concise real estate appraisals for all types of properties inclusive, but not limited to, commercial, industrial, multi-family, going-concern valuations, farm, acreages, etc.
•Collaborate with a team of appraisers and communicate with other departments and stakeholders in the industry.
•Stay updated on market trends, industry changes, and attend continuing-education courses as required.
•Conduct site visits and field inspections across Southern Alberta.
Requirements:
•Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) Designation.
•Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in real estate appraisals.
•Excellent communication and time management skills.
•Ability to work independently and with a team.
•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
•Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
•Computer proficiency including MS Office Suite.
•Membership in good standing with the AIC (Appraisal Institute of Canada).
