What You’ll Be Doing:
• Inspect homes and take photos
• Research the market and help determine property values
• Build appraisal reports with guidance from our team
• Communicate with clients, realtors, and lenders

• Have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree required
• Registered as a Candidate Member with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC)
