Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Appraiser to join our growing team in Edmonton, Alberta. CRA or Candidate position.

Responsibilities:

Conduct residential property inspections and appraisals.
Research market trends and comparable sales.
Prepare accurate, well-supported appraisal reports.
Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, and industry partners.
Manage assignments while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Licensed as a Real Estate Appraiser in Alberta.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
