About the job
Evolve Appraisal Services Inc. is growing and seeking a residential appraiser (CRA-designated or senior candidate) to support increasing volume across the Niagara Region and surrounding markets.
This role is ideal for an appraiser who is confident in residential valuation and values collaboration, support, and a structured team environment.
About the Role:
- Complete residential appraisal assignments
- Conduct property inspections, data collection, and report preparation
- Apply the Direct Comparison and Income Approaches where applicable
- Collaborate on file review with the principal appraiser

What We’re Looking For:
- CRA designation or active candidate with meaningful field experience
- Strong report writing and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of Appraisal Institute of Canada standards (CUSPAP compliance)
- Professional communication and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines independently and communicate proactively if timelines shift
- Demonstrates strong personal accountability and follow-through
- Open to feedback, mentorship, and working within established systems
