Position Overview
A dynamic real estate appraisal company is seeking an eager and enthusiastic AACI candidate and CRA member to join our appraisal team immediately. We are looking for a passionate, detail-orientated candidate with strong personality who is seeking professional development and can add value to our fast-growing company.
We are based in North York and covering GTA and the surrounding area.
The right candidate will be paid on a commission basis.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-year experience in real estate appraisal is required.
- Detail orientation and strong writing skills are a must.
- Punctuality, organizational skills, and the ability to work as a team member are essential.
- Strong personality with a positive attitude and a high level of client orientation is required.
- A dynamic professional willing to learn and take the initiative on upcoming challenging tasks and projects.
- Knowledge or certification in real estate is considered an asset.
- Strong familiarity with the GTA neighborhoods is considered an asset.
- According to the volume of work AACI candidate may cover residential & commercial appraisal.
