Job Description:
We’re seeking AIC Candidate Members across diverse areas of the GTA, based on the applicant’s location.
Applicant Requirements:
Experience working with Appraisal Management Companies (AMCs).
Proficiency in using CRAL forms and preparing reports in compliance with CUSPAP.
Access to own TREB access is an asset.
Candidate in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada with valid E&O Insurance.
Willingness to travel across various service areas.
Experience in appraising different types of residential properties.
Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
