Job Description:
| Ideally suited for someone looking to be involved in interesting litigation projects involving valuation related expertise |
| Work would be overseen by an AACI |
| Key Responsibilities |
| Gathering and organizing property information |
| Conduct research from databases and third-party sources, with respect to market data, sales transactions, general market info, etc |
| Ensure property/market data is obtained and organized in a timely manner |
| Organize information for property analysis |
| Under supervision carry out analysis to assist in property valuation analysis |
| Assist in writing reports required to satisfy client mandates |
| Key Qualifications: |
| Real estate valuation education and experience an asset |
| Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel and Adobe Acrobat required |
| Good AI query skillset |
| Timely and ability to meet deadlines |
| Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills |
| Attention to detail |
| Excellent communication skills including written word |
