Job Description:

AccuPro Real Estate Appraisals & Consulting has been servicing the Peace Country of Alberta and British Columbia for 14 years. We are an industry leading professional company who is growing and looking for the right team members. Our team is looking for someone to join us as an appraiser or candidate appraiser.

The successful candidate will receive ongoing office support in client co-ordination and payment, ongoing training and tools to succeed, and a fee-split income level commensurate with education, personal experience, and drive, that can range from $50,000-$250,000/year.

The successful candidate will:

  •         Be a designated member or candidate member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and will have valid professional insurance with up-to-date CE credit standing.
  •          Two or more years of experience completing appraisals would be an asset.
  •          Possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be comfortable working independently and as a supportive team member.
  •           Have the ability to methodically gather and analyze data to arrive at a valuation and be willing to actively listen and learn from Industry professionals.
  •          Possess strong skills in researching and organizing relevant property documentation. Proficient with technology and computers including MS Office applications.
  •          Have a strong understanding of key real estate value drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  •          Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car to complete full property inspections in all seasons, and in various areas that we service.
  •           Clean criminal record check.
  •       The ability to think outside of the box and problem-solving skills.
  •       Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  •       Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
